The Mastodon Fair is always looking for sources for specific items we need. If you would like to donate any of the following items, please either mail them to Mastodon Art/Science Regional Fair, Jefferson College, 1000 Viking Drive, TC 101, Hillsboro, MO 63050 or call 636-797-3000 x 3474 to arrange a pick up/drop off.

The total of your cash/prizes/in-kind donations throughout the year is compared to the Sponsor Recognition Chart (.pdf) to determine the recognition level.

If you want to donate a part of any item listed (example, a few reams of paper rather than a case) we will GLADLY accept your donation!

• 3 cases of standard copy paper
• 25 blank CD's
• 3 packages of white Fun-Tack poster gum
• Artificial trees and greenery
• Plastic skeletons, skulls, bones
• Zebra, tiger or leopard material of any size
• 2-55 Gallon drums
• Volunteers to make large and small paper mache dinorsaur eggs
• Address labels - Avery 5160 - Need 5000
• Return Address labels - Avery 8167 - Need 2000
• Silent Auction Items (Sports Memorabilia, Concert Tickets, Jewelry, Dinners, Electronics, wine baskets, quilts, etc.)
• Postage stamps
• Any kind of decorative baskets that we can use for silent auction baskets.
