Mastodon Fair Wish List

The Mastodon Fair is always looking for sources for specific items we need. If you would like to donate any of the following items, please either mail them to MASRF, PO Box 54, Crystal City, MO 63019 or call the Fair office at 636-797-3000 x 474 to arrange a pick up/drop off.

The total of your cash/prizes/in-kind donations throughout the year is compared to the Sponsor Recognition Chart (.pdf) to determine the recognition level.

If you want to donate a part of any item listed (example, a few reams of paper rather than a case) we will GLADLY accept your donation!

3 cases of standard copy paper
25 blank CD's
1 bottle of White Out or white-out tape
3 packages of white Fun-Tack poster gum
Shelving of any kind for our storage units
Artificial trees and greenery
Plastic skeletons, skulls, bones
Zebra, tiger or leopard material of any size
400 New flat twin sheets - solid colors only
Any kind of wicker baskets
2-55 Gallon drums
Volunteers to make large and small paper mache dinorsaur eggs
2 Alphabetized accordion files (The expandable kind)
Printing of 2500 black/white newsletters (3 pages, double-sided) collated and stapled. Addressed would be wonderful.
