Specifics about volunteering March 13 - 21st

Volunteers Needed!

Do you, your club or your team need a service project?

We have over 2000 volunteer hours available!

It will take over 500 volunteers to operate the 2010 Mastodon Fair! We are counting on each volunteer to work 4 hours, which means we have over 2000 hours available! If you, your club, or sport team is looking for service opportunities or if individual members need hours, there are plenty of opportunities at the Mastodon Fair!

The Mastodon Fair provides a competition for the area’s top art and science students, and awards over $35,000 of awards, prizes and scholarships. It is a 501 3C, and we can provide the student with a record of his or her hours completed. This year we have registered our positions with the Disney Resort Ticket give away, which means...

Every volunteer who is over six years old and completes eight hours of volunteer work is eligible to receive a one day entry ticket for Disneyworld, FL or Disneyland, CA!

What is your strength, what is your interest? Our tasks include: meeting and greeting the public, data entry, lifting and moving equipment, working with families in the Dino Den, selling t-shirts and merchandise in our logo store. Do you want to be mostly active, or mostly sitting down? Are you available in the mornings, afternoons, or in the evenings? We have volunteer hours that will suit you!

If you want to commit or if you need more information, please sign up at the Disney.com site using the zip code of Hillsboro (63050) or call the Mastodon Office at 636-797-3000x474 and talk to Karen. All Mastodon Fair activities are held at the Jefferson College Field House, March 13-21, 2010.
