Online entry is available from 12:00 AM January 2, 2011 to 11:59 PM February 11, 2011. Online entry is FREE. Many improvements have been made to Online Registration to make it more user friendly and convenient such as the capability to edit entries, print labels, etc. See Online Registration Tips below.
If you have registered Online, you DO NOT have to mail us a signed copy of the entry form. Just bring the signed forms with you to Exhibit Check-In.
If you register "By Mail" there is a $5.00 processing fee per entry. Payment must be enlcosed with the entry forms. Please send a check or money order made out to "Mastodon Art/Science Regional Fair." Please do not send cash.
Every student who attends the Mastodon Fair Awards Ceremony, held on Sat. April 2, 2011 from 1-3 pm at the Jefferson College Field House in Hillsboro, MO will receive a special medallion and may walk in the Grand Parade.
All 1st, 2nd, 3rd place medallions and the participation ribbons will be available for pickup at Project Pick-up, which will be held, Sat., March 19, 2011 from 2-4 pm in the Jefferson College Field House, Hillsboro, MO.
For the first time in the history of the Fair, students grades K-12 from Washington, Crawford, and Franklin counties are invited to participate in the Art & Science Fair.
Art Announcements
All art exhibits will be alloted a 2'-0" wide x 2'-0" high x 2'-0" deep space. Exhibits entered in the Art Scholarship Competition may choose a 4'-0" wide x 4'-0" high x 4'-0" space.
The Art Profolio Scholarship Competition judging will be help on Sat. March 19, 2011. Finalists will be notified and give the exact time and location of the interviews.

Science Announcements
ISEF judging will be Saturday, March 19, 2011 to enable students to participate in other area science competitions that are the same weekend. Finalist will be notified and give the excat time and location of the interviews.

When you first go to register online you will asked to enter your email address as your User ID and be given a password. This will enable you to log in at any time between Jan. 2 and Feb. 4 where you can see all of your entries, add new entries, edit or delete entries, etc.
You now have the option of printing entry forms, Exhibit ID labels, or both for all of your entries or just the couple that you need.
If you purchase the Avery 8161 stickyback labels, you can print the Exhibit ID labels for all of your exhibits on these labels making it easier to attach them to the Exhibits.
