There is a registration fee of $10 per project for the 2012 Mastodon Fair. Schools can choose to either do a fundraiser (like Hats on for Mastodon) or to use one of the below three options to cover the required registration fee per exhibit:

1. Pay $10 by March 1 via mail, online or upon arrival at the Fair.
2. Volunteer for 4 hours ( if 16 years of age or older) or have another adult volunteer in the student's name - anytime between now and April 30th.
3. Apply for a limited number of scholarships for free registration.

All funds received from registration fees will be held in the Endowment fund to foster sustainability for the Mastodon Fair.

Schools can pay through one check made payable to "Mastodon Fair" or via a PO by March 1. Students can also pay individually upon arrival - noting this will take a bit longer for check-in. Advance paid students/schools will check in faster.
