Project Check-In and Placement – 9 AM – 7 PM (No late entries accepted.)
Project viewing and open to the public (Free!) – 9 AM – 7 PM
Fair Store is open: 9 AM – 7 PM
Art Scholarship Portfolios due: 7 PM at the Field House

Wednesday, March 16

Closed to Public
Judging: 1 PM – 8 PM (Closed to public during judging.)

Thursday, March 17

Friday, March 18 5 PM – 9 PM

Project viewing and open to the public (Free!): 9 AM – 8 PM
Fair Store is open: 9 AM – 9 PM
Dinosaur Egg Hunt: 5 PM – 7:30 PM ($5, Get 3 eggs and every egg is a winner with a prize valued at $3 or more.) All Ages, Toddler through Adult hunt together!
Mastodon Premier – Students stand by projects and are judged by Sponsors: 5 PM – 8 PM. Event sponsored by Twin City Community Chest.
ASK Rooms (Hands on activities that connect Art & Science) 5 PM – 7:30 PM
Sponsor Recognition Ceremony: 7:30 PM – 8 PM. (Students must be present to win Sponsor’s Choice Award.)
Project Check-out and removal: 8 PM – 9 PM

Saturday, March 19 10 AM – 4 PM

Project Check-out and removal: 10 AM – Noon. Leftover projects will be in the Field House Lobby until Monday March 21st at 5 pm and then discarded.
Fair Store is open: 10 AM – Noon
Art Scholarship Interviews and Judging: 10 AM – Noon
ISEF Finalist Interviews: 1 PM – 3 PM
Fair Break Down – Volunteers REALLY needed: 10 AM – 4 PM
